Project Challenges and Outcomes
Outcomes
This project consists of a conceptual design and the preparation of preliminary construction budget report for a new boathouse facility on the south bank of Neville Island. DLA+ met with university representatives, documented all special requirements, and prepared a program for the future building. A catering kitchen, and a terrace facing the river complete this space covered by elegant wood arches and a wood roof deck.
