Dayna joined the DLA+ team to lead the firm’s marketing and branding efforts. She is an experienced marketing professional, with almost a decade of expertise across multiple different industries. From branding, strategic planning, creating and implementing content for marketing channels, and business development – she strives to assist the DLA+ team in meeting the firm’s overall goals.

She works to craft brand strategies that drive growth and enhance the firm’s market presence. Dayna works in conjunction with the team in identifying and pursuing opportunities that will continue to grow the firm’s portfolio and continually serve clients. With a passion for both design and strategy, she enjoys tackling new challenges and applying all aspects of the marketing profession to the AEC industry. 

In her free time, Dayna enjoys photography, traveling, cooking & baking, and spending time with her husband, Alex, and their Dachshund, Cooper.
