Pittsburgh, PA – February 7, 2024 – In a strategic move to expand services and deepen its commitment to the region, Pittsburgh-based DLA+ Architecture and Interior Design has opened a new office in Morgantown, West Virginia. The new location will serve as a hub for the firm's growing portfolio and a catalyst for further growth in North Central West Virginia and the Northern Panhandle region.  

The office opening coincides with DLA+'s 15th anniversary of its founding in Pittsburgh, where it has experienced continued growth and recognition as a design leader. Morgantown is the third location for the firm, which also operates an office in State College, Pennsylvania, in addition to its headquarters.  

The West Virginia office is a natural progression in DLA+'s ongoing efforts to support and transform higher education, sports, healthcare, and commercial/corporate environments in the state's northern regions.

North Central West Virginia has been one of the state's healthiest economic regions over the long term, and growth is expected to surpass state and national averages over the next five years, according to the North Central West Virginia Economic Outlook 2023-2027, published by the Bureau of Business & Economic Research West Virginia University.
