Jim joined DLA+ in December of 2016. He has over 25 years of experience in construction and project management.

He is a union carpenter and brings hands-on construction industry experience and a knowledge of construction issues, and communication nuances, critical to the success of both small and large-scale projects. The addition of Jim to the DLA+ team allows us to provide our clients in Residential, Commercial/Corporate, Healthcare, and Hospitality with enhanced Owner’s Representation services. In every project his goal is fulfilling clients’ dreams and expectations for their projects ensuring they return for their next project.

Being outside for work doesn’t deter him from enjoying the outdoors by riding and racing off-road motorcycles, camping, hunting and fishing when away from the job site. He is also a member of the Freemasons.
