The top level includes a bridged walkway overlooking the two-story living room below, leading to the exterior sun deck. The main level features open kitchen, dining and living spaces, with access to a screened-in porch as well as an expansive exterior deck with picturesque lake views. The main level also includes a spacious art studio, and a bedroom with full bath. The lower level has on-grade patio access, and consists of a fitness room, laundry room, a bedroom with an accessible full bath, and storage rooms. Accommodations were also provided for a future elevator to connect all three levels.

Energy consumption is supplemented by sustainable, cost-effective renewable resources, such as geothermal heating and a ground-mounted PV solar panel array. The design incorporated locally-sourced materials, including stone veneer and heavy timber.   The result is a contemporary rustic lake home for the entire extended family to enjoy views of the beautiful Laurel Highlands.
