PNC Park Renovations - Levy Premium Concessions
DLA+ was asked to renovate two concession areas located in PNC Park’s Baseball Club level. The spaces were redesigned to enhance innovative culinary ideas and promote new food and beverage offerings within the Club Level. Il Forno Pizza was given a New York inspired design with subway tile, a new textured stone pizza oven, new countertops and a new concession facade. The south of the border themed Tres Rios is a rustic inspired design with a barnwood wall, copper pendent lights, bold paint colors, and updated existing casework.

Project Challenges and Outcomes
Challenges
Create two premium concessions that offer new food concepts for the Club Level. The project had to be completed during the offseason which was a three-month window.
Outcomes
DLA+ worked directly with Levy and the Pirates to create design concepts that complement the two new culinary experiences for fans. The aggressive design and construction schedule required DLA+ to conduct weekly visioning workshops and planning sessions, to quickly gain stakeholder consensus and buy-in and maintain the project schedule and budget.
