Project Challenges and Outcomes

Outcomes

This project consisted of a comprehensive master planning study for Roadman Park, a separate parcel of land from the main campus. All sports needs were assessed, existing facilities were evaluated, and a needs analysis was performed to determine what facilities will be renovated, added to, or built new.  Potential needs include an indoor multi-purpose building featuring a 300-meter track with synthetic turf infield; locker rooms for tennis, soccer, track, softball, and baseball; seating for 500 spectators; concessions; and weight room and training rooms for athletics.

Several of the existing soccer fields will be converted from natural grass to synthetic turf to allow more usage throughout the year. New concession stands, public toilets, and shelters will be provided to supplement the numerous summer camps for bands and athletics.
